It emits red (630 nm and 660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) light from a single front lens. People use it as a short addition to a personal-care routine — held a few inches from the skin for a couple of minutes at a time. It is a personal-care wellness device. We do not market it as a medical device and we do not make health, therapy, or pain-relief claims.
The built-in session timer turns the unit off after three minutes per session, which is a sensible default. You can run additional sessions back-to-back if you want, with a short break between.
